What is a Smart Home? It’s a phrase you hear all of the time but what does it actually mean?

It means that your house knows you and when you are home, what rooms you are using and makes it easy for you to enjoy being at home and enhance the experience. Sensors in each room which can monitor if you are in there, what temperature it is and make it easy for you to watch TV or put on some music.

We can light your way around the home, only heat the areas that you are using, give you a button at the front door so that every time you leave your home, all of the lights are switched off. We can also make it look like you are at home even when you are away by intelligent use of the installed smart systems including the lighting and audio. 

Smart homes have simple, intuitive control systems that the whole family can use. We install and integrate your lighting, TV, music, CCTV, heating and more into a simple touch panel in each room. We can replicate the touch panel onto your tablet and even give you the controls on your phone, giving you a seamless, simple way to enjoy your home at its best.

All our installations are fully documented, so you have all the information to hand after a full handover. A handover is critical with a Smart home. Many of our clients want to know that their smart home can still be looked after once completed. We have simple to understand maintenance packages that enable you to have full coverage of your smart home for years to come. In most cases, we can diagnose issues remotely so if we do visit you to rectify an issue, the chances are we will already know what the problem is, and we aim to resolve it in one visit.

As with all the services we offer, we provide a complete turnkey solution from start to finish. That means we take responsibility for the wiring infrastructure, installation of the smart home control system, along with set up and a “driving lesson” once the system is installed.
